No, anyone can book online, without having to register first. And there's no need to download an app either. Just enter your location, destination, travel dates and the number of passengers into the booking form and off you go. Your bus details are emailed to you as your confirmation/e-ticket within seconds of completing your booking payment. The email address you submit during this payment process is the email address your confirmation email/e-tickets are sent to.
Q. 3. How can I pay for my online booking?

Q5. What does the ticket counter need from me in order to validate my online booking?
A. You'll be asked to show your booking details in your confirmation email/e-ticket. Please make sure the screen of your device is clearly visible and all details can be seen. Counter staff may also request for your NRIC or passport.
Q 6. Do I need to print out my confirmation email/e-ticket?
A. When collecting your ticket at the Larkin Central Bus Station ticket counter, your ticket will be printed for you on the spot. This paper ticket is now your boarding pass, so hang on to it, since you will need the QR code on it to be granted access to your bus gate. It's also good to know that a 2 Ringgit service fee is levied for the boarding pass.
